Storyline isn't important in BATTLE STATIONS.
What is important is blowing your enemy's ship
into nothing. You have the opportunity to play
a variety of war games, either with a friend or
against the computer. BATTLE STATIONS offers 76
intense missions that can be played as single-player
or multiplayer, and there are a total of three
exciting gameplay options: Arcade, Campaign, and
War Games. Your goal in Arcade mode is to become
fleet admiral by sinking as many enemy ships as
you can. The ship-to-ship fighting in Arcade mode
is action-packed. In the Campaign mode, it will
be you versus the computer in several single-player
missions. You'll go up against one of five different
enemy admirals, each with their own tactics and
specialties. What may very well make this game
shine is its outstanding Multiplayer mode. In
Multiplayer, you can play many war games in one
of 26 different locations. Your goal is to sink
your opponent's ship while taking little damage
to your own ship, so that it can come back to
fight again. You can also play different games
such as Capture the Harbor and Capture the Flag,
each providing their own unique brand of gameplay.
