ELECT BiLAT is a culturally sensitive negotiations simulator that trains high ranking military officers how to achieve their military objectives in the field through the use of research and negotiation.

The project's goal is to provide officers an immersive and compelling training environment to practice their skills in conducting meetings and negotiations in a specific cultural context.

This project was commissioned by the Institute for Creative Technologies (ICT) and the US Army to build the interface visualization tools in a 3D environment that can facilitate multiple underlying components such as negotiation strategy, conversational AI, etc.
